Before you pay anything, you get a full written plan — your market, your customers, the competitors ranking on Google page one, the search terms worth targeting, the site structure that fits, a timeline and a clear price. Read it, then decide whether to hire us.
Short answer — the free plan is a written analysis we produce before any work starts and before we invoice anything. It is not a one-page quote.
It has eight parts: market and customer analysis, the competitors ranking on Google page one, a review of your existing site if you have one, the search terms we would target with real search volume, a recommended site structure, measurable goals, a timeline with a preparation checklist, and a clear price.
It takes 3-5 working days once we have your business information, and we book 30 minutes to talk it through. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and the plan is yours — you can hand it to another team to build.
How long the plan runs depends on how crowded your market is. Everything below is in every plan — none of it is an optional extra.
Say the client is an aesthetic clinic in Bangkok that wants customers from Google. This table is the format you would get in your plan, with your real competitors in place of these.
| Competitor | Strengths | Weaknesses | How we would compete |
|---|---|---|---|
| Competitor A — large chain, several branches | Ranks page one on nearly every term, over 200 articles published, a brand name people recognise, and plenty of links from news sites | The site takes six seconds to load, every treatment is bundled into one service page rather than split out, and prices are not shown at all — you have to message them to ask | Do not fight for the broad term. Build a separate page per treatment with the district named, and put the price on the page itself |
| Competitor B — strong design | Good-looking site, strong photography, premium feel, memorable, and converts well from paid ads | The whole site is three pages, there are no articles and no SEO structure, so it barely ranks at all — traffic comes from ads and nothing else | Match that design standard, then add a full SEO structure across every page so the site earns both the look and the traffic from Google |
| Competitor C — built on social reviews | A large volume of customer reviews, high follower count, clear before-and-after posts, and people trust it | No site of its own, just a link-in-bio page. Search the clinic name on Google and you find posts, with no page they actually control | Bring the reviews and before-and-after material onto the site with review schema, so both people and AI tools can cite it, instead of leaving all the credibility on one platform |
This is a hypothetical example built to show the format of the analysis — the business and the three competitors are invented, and none of it is real client data
Four steps. Your side takes about 35 minutes in total; the rest is our work.
We get asked this a lot, and the answer is not complicated.
One — good work starts with understanding the market. A site built without knowing why competitors rank, or what customers actually type into Google, ends up looking fine and getting found by nobody. We have to do this analysis before quoting anyway, because without it we cannot price the job properly. Since the work happens regardless, we may as well send it to you.
Two — if the plan does not convince you, do not hire us. Reading it tells you how systematically we think, how carefully we work, and whether we actually understood your business. That is a better basis for a decision than a portfolio and a price alone.
Three — we would rather take on work where a website is genuinely the right answer. If your details suggest a website is not what your business needs right now, we will say so plainly in the plan, and explain what we think you should do first.
Yes, it is free. No fee, no deposit, no credit card, and no requirement to hire us afterwards.
What we ask for is accurate information about your business, because how useful the plan is depends entirely on what you tell us.
Four things: what your business does and who it sells to, the areas you serve, two or three competitors or websites you like, and what you want the site to achieve — more enquiries, closing sales from ads, or ranking on Google.
If you already have a website or a social page, send the link. It takes about five minutes.
You do not need a logo, photos, or any written content first.
No. The plan is yours. Use it yourself or hand it to another team to build, with nothing to pay retrospectively.
We send the plan, talk it through for 30 minutes, and then you decide whether to go ahead.
The plan is sent within 3 to 5 working days, counted from the day we have your business information in full.
Businesses with a lot of competitors or several branches can take up to 7 days. After you have the plan we can book 30 minutes to walk through it and answer questions.
Yes. Most people who request a plan do not have a site yet.
In that case we skip the existing-site review and focus on the market analysis, the competitors ranking on Google page one, the search terms worth targeting, and how many pages the site should have and what they should be.
