Short answer: Choose an SEO company by real work you can search again yourself, methods that follow Google's guidelines, reports that name their data sources, accounts kept in your business's name, and a contract you can leave clearly. In 2026, also ask about their GEO and AEO plan for AI. Daaistudio answers all 10 questions below with our own real work.
The Thai search "บริษัทรับทำ seo" (SEO company) sits at 100 to 1,000 searches a month and "รับทำ seo" (SEO services) at 1,000 to 10,000 a month (Google Keyword Planner, Thailand, all languages, checked 8 October 2026). There are many choices and prices vary widely. Google has its own page, Do you need an SEO?, with questions business owners should ask before hiring. We have turned them into 10 questions for a time when customers also ask AI, with our own answer to each.
10 questions before hiring an SEO company
1. Show me real work I can search again myself
Screenshots alone are not enough. Ask for the search terms they ranked and search them yourself on Google. Our example is Brasserie 9, a French restaurant in Sathorn that appears on the first page of Google for French restaurant Sathorn.

The Brasserie 9 website on Google's first page for French restaurant Sathorn (screenshot from the client report, October 2026). You can search this term yourself; results vary by location and time.
2. Do you follow Google's guidelines?
Ask directly how they build rankings. Google's spam policies say that buying or selling links to manipulate rankings is link spam, which can make a site lose rankings. We only do white-hat SEO: no bought links and no private link networks.
3. Who actually does the work, and who do I talk to?
Some companies sell through one person and hand the work to people you never meet. At Daaistudio you work directly with the founder, and the studio team builds under the founder's direction.
4. Whose name are the accounts in?
Search Console, Google Business Profile and Analytics should be in your business's name, and the SEO company should only get access to work. We do this for every client.
5. Do reports name their data sources?
Every number in a report should say where it comes from and which dates it covers. We send a monthly report from real Search Console and Google Business Profile data, with screenshots of search results and AI answers.
6. What is your plan for AI (GEO and AEO)?
Ask how they will get ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to describe your business correctly, and which questions they measure with. We test the questions customers really type on all four AIs every month. Read more in GEO services and AEO services.
7. What results should I expect, and when?
A good answer covers both what will be measured and the limits. Google says plainly that no one can guarantee a first place ranking on Google. We do not guarantee rankings; we agree up front which searches we will measure and report honestly every month.
8. Do you have experience with businesses or areas like mine?
Ask about the same kind of business and the same market. We do SEO and GEO for restaurants, clinics and wellness, engineering companies and accommodation, in Bangkok and the provinces, including English and Japanese sites.
9. How long is the contract, and how do I leave?
SEO takes time, so a contract that is too short cannot be measured, but a long contract you cannot leave is risky. Ours starts at 3 months and then runs month to month, and you can cancel if results are not what we agreed.
10. Are the price and the deliverables clear?
The price should list the monthly work item by item. Our plan is 7,000 baht a month, first month 4,000 baht, covering site care, SEO articles, rank tracking, Google Business Profile, content and schema work for AI citation, and a report. See the monthly plans.
Warning signs
- Guaranteed first place, or a guarantee that AI will recommend you
- No answer on where links come from, or big link packages for sale
- Not giving you account access, or creating accounts in their own name
- Reports full of nice numbers with no sources
- An unusually low price with no list of what is done each month
Advice from our own client work
- Month one should fix what exists: before writing new articles we fix wrong facts, the sitemap and schema on the current site, because new articles on a site Google does not fully index rarely work.
- Notice how much they ask about your business: Google advises that a good SEO should be interested in your business. We start every job with a free plan covering the market, competitors and visibility on Google and AI before quoting.
- Measure searches that sell: ranking for terms nobody searches does not help a business. We pick terms from real Keyword Planner volumes and the words customers really use.
Why clients stay with us
We hold a 5.0 rating on both Google and Fastwork, with 18 jobs on Fastwork and 8 clients who hired us again. One client's review (in Thai) says the plan was clear and we were very easy to talk to. The restaurants Al Saray and Brasserie 9 renewed their SEO GEO care for 6 months after the first 3. No one can guarantee Google rankings or AI answers. We show only results that really happened and can be measured.
