Short answer: a manufacturing website that wins work answers a buyer's questions in full: what you make, your capacity, your certifications, which industries you serve, and how to request a quote. It also has to rank on Google and get cited by AI for the searches buyers actually make. Daaistudio builds manufacturing websites in Thai, English and Japanese from 28,900 THB (5 pages), multilingual sites with full SEO and GEO from 42,900 THB, and monthly care with SEO and GEO at 7,000 THB/month for factories without their own web team.
Many factories in Thailand have a website, but it was built years ago, runs in one language, keeps its catalogue in PDF files, and has nobody inside the company looking after it. Meanwhile, buyers in Thailand and at overseas head offices now shortlist suppliers on Google and ask AI before they call anyone. This guide covers what a factory site needs, how to get it found, and who should look after it after launch.
How manufacturing website design differs from a normal company site
A factory website is B2B. The visitor is a procurement officer, an engineer or a manager comparing several suppliers at once. They are not looking for slogans; they are looking for information they can decide on.
- Buyers compare suppliers: a site with clear specs, capacity and certifications stays on the shortlist.
- Long buying cycles: buyers return several times before sending an RFQ, so information must be easy to find again.
- Decision makers may be abroad: head offices in Japan, Europe or China often read the site in their own language.
- Trust beats decoration: real photos of your plant, machines and certificates matter more than stock images.
Pages every factory website needs
The structure we use for industrial sites is one page per buyer question and one page per search term, so both people and Google understand what the factory does at a glance.
| Page | What buyers look for | SEO role |
|---|---|---|
| Home | What you make, for whom, which standards, in seconds | Main term + location |
| Products or services (one page per line) | Specs, materials, sizes, applications | One product line = one search term |
| Capabilities | Machines, capacity, lead time | Process terms, e.g. injection moulding, metal stamping |
| Quality and certifications | ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TIS, GMP/HACCP by industry | Trust signals for people and AI |
| Industries served | Have you worked with companies like us? | Industry-specific searches |
| Request a quote (RFQ) | Send drawings or files right away | Turns visits into real enquiries |
Write facts as numbers wherever you can: year founded, factory area, number of machines, the industrial estate you are in. Google and AI quote clear facts far more readily than broad descriptions.
How buyers find suppliers: Google, Google Maps and AI
Most buyers search a product or service plus a location, such as "plastic parts manufacturer Chonburi" or "air tank inspection Rayong". More and more of them also ask ChatGPT, Gemini or read Google's AI Overview before opening any website.
- Google: pages that target each product line with real specifications.
- Google Maps: a business profile that matches the address on your site, for location searches.
- AI: direct answers, numbers, standards and schema make your content quotable. More in What is GEO.
From our own work: the site for N.A.N. Inspection & Engineering, an inspection and engineering company in Rayong, is the first business recommended in Google's AI Overview for the Thai search "which air tank inspection company in Rayong is good".
Multilingual factory websites: Thai, English and Japanese
If your customers or head office are overseas, the site should speak the decision maker's language: a separate URL for each language, natural copy rather than machine translation, and hreflang so Google shows the right version in each country.
Factories that work with Japanese companies are where we are strongest. daaistudio.com itself ranks #1 on Google Thailand for "ทำเว็บภาษาญี่ปุ่น" (Japanese website design, checked 4 Oct 2026). See Japanese website design and bilingual and multilingual websites.

Results from industrial sites we built
- N.A.N. Inspection & Engineering (inspection and engineering, Rayong): #1 on Google for the Thai term "หน่วยรับรองหม้อน้ำ" (boiler certification body) within 39 days of launch, average position 5.45, and the first recommendation in Google's AI Overview.
- Ruaysap Concrete (precast concrete): homepage weight cut by 87%, from 7.7 MB to 1.0 MB, and mobile main-content load time down from 40.7 to 6.2 seconds.

No web team at the factory? Who looks after the site
This is where most factory sites stall. After launch nobody updates the system, nobody adds new products, and nobody checks whether buyers can find it. That is why we offer two care plans.
- Site care, 2,500 THB/month: WordPress, theme and plugin updates, backups, security monitoring, and 2 hours of content edits a month.
- Site care + SEO GEO, 7,000 THB/month (first month 4,000 THB): everything above, plus monthly SEO articles, rank tracking, content tuned for AI citations, and a report comparing results with the previous month.
For scale: the average SEO specialist salary in Thailand is 30,000–43,000 THB a month (JobsDB, October 2026), and agency SEO retainers for mid-sized businesses run 30,000–80,000 THB a month (Sphere Agency, 2026). The full comparison is in website maintenance cost per year.
