Short answer: A dental clinic website that patients are confident to book from answers four things: which treatments you offer and where prices start, who the dentists are and how to verify their licences, how to book or message on LINE in one tap on mobile, and where the clinic is on Google Maps. In Thailand, content that invites people to use the clinic must be approved by the Department of Health Service Support (HSS) before it is published. Daaistudio designs 5-page clinic sites from ฿28,900, structured to rank on Google and be cited by AI.
People choosing a dentist do not go on looks alone. We checked Google Thailand autocomplete on 8 Oct 2026: typing "เว็บไซต์คลินิกทันตกรรม" (dental clinic website) suggests "เช็ค คลินิก ทันตกรรม" (check a dental clinic), "เว็บ เช็ค ทันตแพทย์" (site to check a dentist) and "เช็ค คลินิก ทันตกรรม จัดฟัน" (check an orthodontic clinic). Some patients clearly verify before they book. This article covers which pages a dental site needs, the details that make verification easy, and the Thai advertising rules to know before launch.
What dental patients check before booking
Many dental treatments take time and money, such as braces or implants. Patients want to know the person treating them is a real dentist with the right expertise. A good site makes that easy to check instead of hiding it.
- Each dentist's full real name: the Thai Dental Council runs a public lookup of licensed dentists, searched by first and last name. If the site shows only nicknames, patients cannot check.
- Specialties backed by a real certificate: the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Thailand has a specialist search by field, such as orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics. Use the word "specialist" only where the certificate exists.
- Clinic details that match everywhere: name, address, phone and opening hours on the site must match the Google Business Profile and the sign outside.
Pages a dental clinic website should have
| Page | What goes on it | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Main treatments, location, hours, booking and LINE buttons | Patients know in one screen they are in the right place |
| One page per treatment | Braces, implants, scaling, whitening: steps, duration, aftercare, price range | Each page matches the searches of people who need that treatment |
| Dentists | Full real names, fields, qualifications, real photos used with consent | Patients can verify and feel confident |
| Contact and map | Google Maps, parking, hours, a tap-to-call number | Fewer repeat questions, and a link to Google Maps |
| FAQ and articles | Does it hurt, how many visits, is social security accepted | Answers before patients ask, in a form AI can quote |
We give each treatment its own page because someone searching for braces and someone searching for implants need different information. One page covering every service rarely goes deep enough for either.
Thai healthcare advertising rules a dental site must follow
The HSS Healthcare Advertising Approval Centre states in its FAQ that every type of healthcare facility, clinics included, must get approval each time before advertising, under the Sanatorium Act B.E. 2541 (1998). These points affect a website directly:
- Before-and-after photos: count as advertising, need approval first, must be real and unedited, with the patient's consent.
- Reviews: genuine patient reviews that are not edited or paid for are not advertising; reviews created for promotion need approval.
- Photos of dentists and staff: allowed if they really work at the clinic and consent, and the photos must not suggest a specialty they do not hold.
- Exaggerated claims: phrases such as "guaranteed real results" or "100% safe" are not allowed.
- Penalty: advertising without approval carries a fine of up to ฿50,000, plus ฿1,000 per day until it stops.
The centre says review usually takes 5 to 7 working days once documents are complete, so plan that time into the launch. If you are unsure whether a line counts as advertising, the centre gives free advice on +66 2 193 7000 ext. 18230 to 18231. This article is general information, not legal advice.
In our design work we write with claims that can be proven instead of exaggerated ones, and the clinic sees every page on a preview link before launch, so the content can be checked and submitted for approval before it goes live.
Booking and LINE: one tap to book
- The booking or LINE button stays visible on every page on mobile, with no scrolling to find it.
- The form asks only what is needed: name, phone, treatment of interest and a convenient time. No medical history through a web form.
- The phone number is a tap-to-call link.
- Booking, LINE and call clicks are tracked in GA4, so you know which pages bring patients.
Getting recommended by Google and AI
Most patients look for a clinic near home or work, so dental SEO is tied closely to Google Maps. This is what we set up on clinic sites:
- Dentist schema: Schema.org has a dedicated Dentist type. We add the name, address, hours and phone following Google's local business structured data guidance.
- A Google Business Profile that matches the site: see how to set it up in pinning your business on Google Maps.
- Treatment pages that answer first: a short, clear first paragraph that AI such as Google AI Overview can quote.
Real results from this approach in other sectors: a Bangkok restaurant where we ran local SEO and GEO gained 59.8% more Google clicks in the first month and is cited by 4 AI engines. The N.A.N. Inspection site ranked #1 for "หน่วยรับรองหม้อน้ำ" (boiler certification body) within 39 days, with a 5.45 average position (Search Console), and Google AI Overview recommends it first. Nobody can guarantee Google rankings; we show only results that were measured.
Foreign patients: multilingual done properly
Clinics in areas with many foreign residents, or that treat patients travelling for dental care, should have English or Japanese pages on their own URLs, with hreflang so Google shows searchers the right language. daaistudio.com, built this way, ranks #1 on Google Thailand for "ทำเว็บภาษาญี่ปุ่น" (Japanese website design), checked 4 Oct 2026. Our clinic work includes PIMORA Wellness & Surgery Asia, a site that speaks to international patients.
Price and timeline
- 5-page site (home, treatments, dentists, about, contact): ฿28,900. Each extra treatment page: ฿2,000.

- Yearly system fee (domain, hosting, Elementor Pro): ฿3,500 a year, charged separately.
